Miller Gaffney ’02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau ('03) host "Art Breakers,"" which debuts Sunday evening on the Ovation the cable channel. The show focuses on their careers as art brokers who help connect collectors, artists and buyers. The duo filmed four episodes that will air throughout the month of October beginning on Sunday, Oct. 4, at 7 p.m. Central. Ovation boasts more than 50 million subscribers. The Ovation Network Digital Arts Network supports artists. The two hope to soon get the green signal to record more. Baylor was the place where I met numerous friends who have changed my life. Dr. Karen Pope in the Art History department. My classes were taught by Dr. Pope. I also went with her to Chicago and Paris to study art. She made studying art an enjoyable experience and a day does not go by without me recollecting her sayingthat "Art History is a huge puzzle and as art historians, we look for the pieces that be able to connect." My dad was in the car business and I was required to work in the dealership every summer. The summer I worked there, I was a mechanic's assistant changing oil and brake pads.
